Delivery estimates may vary due to unforeseen or uncontrollable worldwide events. Customs duties and taxes are included in the cost of shipping. If you receive any calls, texts, or emails from customs, please contact us with your order number so our team can help resolve the issue. Lost/Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for any lost, held, delayed, or damaged packages once they leave our fulfillment center. We are also not responsible for delivery errors caused by third-party carriers. By purchasing from our website, the customer understands that once a package is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to that carrier. Our Customer Support Team will always do their best to assist and guide you if any issues arise during transit, but all shipping-related claims must be handled directly with the carrier. We as the brand responsible for orders up until the moment they are transferred to one of our shipping partners. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, all shipping-related matters are outside of our control. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
